• After registration closes, contestants will be sent an email with details including their performance and arrival time. 

• The competition is open to performers of all ages.
• Individual and group acts are welcome.
• Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Participants must complete registration before the published deadline.

• Acts must be suitable for a family-friendly audience.
• All performances should be 5 minute limit and under.
• Performances may not contain excessive profanity, hate speech, discriminatory content, or inappropriate material.
• Participants are responsible for providing any special props, costumes, or instruments needed for their performance.
• Performances must stay within the announced time limit.
• Event organizers reserve the right to stop any performance that violates event guidelines or poses a safety concern.

• All participants must complete the audition process unless otherwise announced.
• Audition times and locations will be communicated after registration.
• Participants should arrive early and be prepared when called.
• Late arrivals may be rescheduled or disqualified at the discretion of organizers.

• Performances will be evaluated based on:
• Talent and skill
• Stage presence
• Creativity and originality
• Audience engagement
• Overall performance quality
• Judges’ decisions are final.

• Five finalists will be selected following auditions.
• Finalists will be notified directly by event organizers.
• Finalists must be available to perform at Blue Springs Fall Fun Fest on September 19, 2026
• If a finalist is unable to participate, an alternate may be selected.

Participants are expected to:

• Treat fellow performers, volunteers, judges, and audience members with respect.
• Follow venue rules and staff instructions. Use props and equipment safely.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all participants.
